Terms of service

1. The service

Eduzaas provides school management software including a website, admin console, parent and student portal and mobile apps. Features available depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your school’s account. Grant access only to authorised staff, parents and students.

3. Trials, billing and renewal

New schools receive a free 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment partners and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other schools’ data, send unlawful or unsolicited bulk messages, or upload malicious content. Messaging channels you connect (including WhatsApp) must be used in line with their providers’ terms; connecting an unofficial WhatsApp session is at your own risk.

5. Your data

Your school owns its data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service available and secure, and we improve it continuously. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change materially reduces functionality.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Safety features such as bus tracking and alerts assist — but do not replace — your school’s own supervision procedures.
